An eSIM (Embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a physical SIM, you scan a QR Code and the line activates automatically. It works alongside your main SIM, so you keep your home number active while browsing with local internet at your destination.

iPhone XS or newer (2018+), Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+ and most phones released after 2020 support eSIM. To check, open the Phone app and dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your device is compatible.

You can install it before you even travel! We recommend installing at least 1 day before your trip to make sure everything works. The eSIM's validity only starts counting from first use at your destination — so install worry-free.

Unlimited plans allow continuous data use throughout the plan's validity period. However, they are subject to the Fair Use Policy (FUP) adopted by our partner carriers. During heavy or continuous network usage, the carrier may apply a temporary speed reduction to keep the service stable and reliable for all users. Using tethering / hotspot (sharing internet with other devices) may also cause a temporary speed reduction for a few hours. How the FUP is applied can vary by carrier, destination, network conditions and usage pattern. After the reduction period, speed is normally restored automatically. Important: a speed reduction does not mean your plan is blocked or terminated. Internet access remains available throughout the eSIM's validity, subject to the carrier's conditions.

Yes! Your main SIM (with your home number) stays active. The eSIM is a second line for data only. WhatsApp, calls and SMS on your original number keep working normally whenever you have Wi-Fi or free roaming.

We accept international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash payment at Lawson and Family Mart stores in Japan (Konbini). All payments are processed by Stripe with bank-grade encryption — the same used by major banks.

eSIMs not yet activated (QR Code not scanned) can be refunded within 30 days. Once the eSIM is activated on your device, no refund is possible — just like any prepaid SIM. In case of a technical issue, our team guarantees 100% functionality or your money back.
